I like D-Pads! Though not the PS2 or SixAxis really...but it's functional.
On the 360 however, it's imperative to get a stick. That is literally the worst D-pad ever.
It's pretty bad, but the 'worst D-Pad ever' title belongs to the GC controller, unless you're about five years old, in which case it's sized just for you. :P
