http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/11/03/toilet.suit.ap/index.htmlParamedics unbolted the toilet seat, and Dougherty, "frightened and humiliated," passed out as they wheeled him out of the store, court papers said. The toilet seat separated from his skin, leaving abrasions. i lolled. i know, i'm going to hell.

Just your thread title made me loller, and I don't do that on the web much.
As for hell, I procured my backstage passes to hell looong ago.

Bob Dougherty, 57, accused employees of ignoring his cries for help for about 15 minutes because they thought he was kidding. "They just let me rot." It only takes this guy 15 minutes of sitting still before he starts rotting? Man, being old sucks.

Toilet Seat Man went on TV this morning to talk about his incident. Part of his case includes the fact that the paper toilet seat covers were empty. Even odds the pranksters emptied it. What really got me wondering about him though, is why in the hell would you go on national TV to talk about this?!

Do you get paid to sit on morning talk show TV? I figure they'd pay expenses, but that's it. Unless he's trying to embarass the company into paying, but I don't see how they could allow that since it would just encourage more of the same.
But yeah, he mentioned he was after $3m.

Just a quick question- who doesn't closely examine a public toilet seat before occupying it? On the rare occasions when I have been forced to use one, I check those fuckers out like I was working at the CDC before getting anywhere near them. I guess he just dropped trou, leaned in and hoped for the best.
Dumbshit. Literally.

I've always wondered is it crowning or turtling? The AP stylebook has no entry.

It's time for a best week ever UPDATE! linkageDENVER, Colorado (AP) -- A man who sued Home Depot last month claiming a prank left him glued to a toilet seat made a similar allegation about another restroom more than a year ago, an official told a newspaper. ... Trzepacz told the paper he inspected the bathroom and found "no indication that anything had been on the toilet seat." No police report was filed, he said.

The lawsuit claims he suffered pain, humiliation and financial losses and seeks $3 million in damages. I think the humiliation comes from his ridiculous moustache-

Slow down there, hoss. My rebellious input was not wearing a tie, the rebel who just retired didn't wear suit jackets. I figure in 20 years the next rebel will be collar-less. Hell, I thought with our new 35ish director we could get rid of pantyhose. Nope.

Until I actually read the stories posted here, I was entirely under the assumption that he had sat on toilet seats on the show floor. I've spent the last couple weeks wondering what the fuck he was doing shitting in a non working toilet in the middle of a hardware store.
