That is like 30 years below the expected age. Cancer doesn't care about expected age. He was diagnosed at stage IV, this was about his expected lifespan. If it's a person older than the writer, you notice it says "Survived x years" or "lived to x" None of the mortality-dreading "only" or "just." |
