They've been looking for certain high level business positions for a while - it took them a long time to get a CFO. Cryptic really wants to be a big player, so hiring more business people with that kind of experience would have been high on the agenda.
Wish they'd announce what other games they've got in production though. Only having 1 makes them look pretty vulnerable.
