http://www.cthulhugame.it/index.php

I stumbled upon it a couple of days ago but I really know nothing about it.  Anyway thought I would ask the experts.

Never heard of it, but it seems to a browser based MMO. Not really my thing.

I agree, the .it thing is definitely a downer, and I know what I am talking about. Italy has other talents. Cinema being one of them, this is the perfect thread to re-post the link to something Cthulhu based and actually pretty good.

In the English section of the site there's an English trailer ( >>>Movie >>> Trailer).

They should call it World of Lovecraft.  The marketing slogan writes itself.

That was brilliant.   DRILLING AND MANLINESS

..I want to see gamma rays. I want to hear x-rays. I want to...smell dark matter...and feel the solar wind of a supernova flowing over me...

World of Lovecraft would be the perfect Meatplace project.

Skotos is running some kind of Lovecraft based MUD. I'm not sure what their licensing is. (Or if they have or need it. Some of his stuff is out of copyright.)

If you can read this, you're on a board populated by misogynist assholes.

You seriously need to copyright that if possible.  At least make a humorous short film.

Lovecraft Country. They licensed stuff from Chaosium, I believe. It's also a MUSH. No non-consensual death (though you can go on one of a couple periodic "expeditions" where you essentially say you can die at any time).

If you can get that phrase as some sort of IP, you win. Definitely.

I used to play a browser game called cthulhunation.com. It was grindtastically amusing for a while. They kept radically overhauling the character development system. Then I would find a way to "break" it again.

If anyone wants my old login to play with the latest system, send me a PM, I probably am still bursting with unspent "points" even though I havent touched it in a year.
