But... the Flinstones and Howard the Duck were blockbusters. BLOCKBUSTERS I TELL YA! Howard the Duck? Everything looked normal in that except the duck and Mr. Rooney after he changed. The thought of Lea Thompson getting it on with a 3 foot tall duck scarred me for life though. I've never been able to accept her as a romantic interest in movies because of that. |

I was surprised to see that the [roduction values are through the roof, but honestly a live action Speed Racer? It's like, it has the disadvantage of seeming unoriginal but the advantage that not many people will remember it anyway so they can transform it into something else entirely.
