To my knowledge New York v. Ferber (1982) makes any material that "visually depicts sexual conduct by children below a specified age..." child pornography and thereby illegal. I would think visually depicting the rape of a 12 year old girl would fall within this category.

It also seems to run afoul of U.S.C. 2251, Sexual Exploitation of Children, which makes it illegal for any parent or guardian of a minor to allow said minor to engage in the visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct. Once again I would think that rape would fall within the scope of "sexually explicit conduct."

U.S.C. 2256 defines "sexually explicit conduct" as "actual or simulated"..."(i)sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;"

You would think that every single american female actress (and actor for that matter) would have an RBB clause in their contract specifying No Rape, No Bondage, & No Bukkake. According the article I read the movie is named "hounddog" I think. It's about some abused 12 year-old who finds refuge in the music of Elvis or something mindblowingly stupid like that. Dakota is slated to have a rape scene and a full-frontal scene in just panties, which is the reason I imagine the film is having trouble getting funding now. I guess some investors have pulled out, which kinda makes sense.
