The break-in occurred about 2 a.m. March 1, according to police reports. The two victims told police they had stepped out for a few minutes and, upon their return, found the knife-wielding intruder. He tied both of them with cords cut from computers and kept them captive while he watched pornography on their television. One of the victims managed to get free and struck the intruder with a large candelabrum. The two fought, and the intruder fled. The suspect is described as white, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He had close-cropped hair and was described as dirty. He may have injuries from the fight. Apparently they could sell access to it for something like $15/mo, which is a heck of a lot cheaper than cable or DSL broadband.
