I have a stupidly sedentary job, but I do stuff like cycle 1200km in my holidays. I get plenty of sleep, but I'm a shift worker (proven to be bad for your lifespan). My grandparents on one side died shockingly young. On the other, they almost reached 100. I apparently lose 3 years because I have mild asthma, but my lung capacity would be better than most non-asthmatics thanks to the cycling. Title: Re: How old are you? This fact alone subtracted a couple of years from my total. Also notice there are no questions about pets - thought having a pet was meant to help you live longer too. Also doesn't help that I have high risk hobbies.

Not much of a history of anything bad, health-wise in my family. No smoking, practically no drinking on my part. The only part that pissed me off is the ethnic background choices. I could have chosen 3 of them. Also, if I get a AF commission as a graded officer, that will probably drop my numbers quite a bit, what with working on flying aircraft for a job and all.
