Most serious 0.0 players have at least 1 extra account, generally paid for by isk. I know one guy who has 4, all of them paid for with ISK, but he's also got 4 or 5 T2 BPO's.
I read that GS's Dungar has close on a dozen accounts, paid for by ISK. Mining type.
