Sorry to hear it, Ian. It's better you got let go now rather than having to go down with the ship, though. The struggles only kill your morale and motivation as you watch things collapse around you. In other news, we had to let the helpdesk guy go today. So I have a few dozen application logins to change now, including Adobe, which doesn't have an Enterprise management method. This means I now have to go around and enter that login on every user's machine individually or else CC won't update. That's going to be fun.  |

I just realized they discontinued the Lego Super Star Destroyer a few months ago, and the price has now almost doubled. Time to stop putting off the order before it gets worse.

Good lord, the last 24 hours have been just a constant drumbeat of petty irritants.
Starting with being scared awake because I thought my house was burning down. Plastic melting on the heating coil of a dishwasher smells remarkably line burning electrical wire, at least when it wakes you up right after you fell asleep.
I've been trying to clean it since I got home. Got..most of it. I guess I'll just have to melt the rest.
