Waxing the legs = not a big deal, IMO. I used to do it in college and it does make the hair come back lighter. But that was with the cheap wax-on-a-strip method that's no longer sold (hence why I stopped).
Putting hot wax anywhere near the body, much less the genitals = you deserve what you get, IMO. That's just crazy talking, IMO. I wonder if Sky was the one who posted a particular comment there...

Damn those companies that can't write an uninstall program so that it actually deletes all the files. I just found 20gigs worth of shit on my HD, including the WAR beta files. Firaxis, you're not off the hook either.. 12 of those gigs were your fault.
Ed: Eq2 and the Station Launcher, too? Sins of a Solar empire, Warcraft3, Starcraft.. Jesus I need to look in the program files directory more often.

Nice app, thanks. Told me that Steam also likes to leave lots of shit on your disk after you uninstall a game. Hello full disk .isos for fallout3 and another 5.5gb. AAaand Hellgate London, hiding in the EA Download Manager cache for another 7.1gb.
No wonder I couldn't figure out why I had no space when I only have 70gb of music and pictures and 5 often-used programs of more than 10gb.

I like SpaceMonger as a tool for finding random giant directories too: http://www.sixty-five.cc/sm/Gives you a visual representation of relative directory size.

4 wisdom teeth pulled today, badass blizzard incoming to chicago and my only thought is "Hydrocodene, you're my only friend" They prescribed me 90 5/500 hydrocodone pills for my shoulder surgery, they barely seem to do anything, even if I take 2. Which I guess is OK, since my shoulder doesn't really hurt but after hearing about the wonders of vicodin for years, I'm not impressed.

Hydrocodone really does affect people differently. Some pass out, some get violently ill to their stomach, and some (like me) just feel a little loopy but are still in massive pain. Heard they killed darvocet when I was at the dentist's a month ago. That makes me a sad panda - it was the only thing that really worked for me for that kind of pain.

I'm on 600mg of ibuprofuren and 10mg hydrocodene/325mg tylenol, I think the combo of that and that its only been 2hours since I woke up (so some of the IV sedative is present) is why I'm not hurting yet. I'm guessing later the codene will barely do anything later

IV dose of Toradol and a steroid at the same time is what most oral surgeons should be using for pain. Works like a charm. Of course it doesn't give you that "buzzy" feeling, so some patients don't like it.

Morphine is a whole different ball of wax than hydrocodone or even percocet/darvocet. Of course that is why it is given IV and under the watchful eye of a doctor/nurse.

I had an absolute gorgeous nurse. Which I promptly impressed by hurling my breakfast into a biohazard container while asking for her phone number. Worst pain I've ever experienced, and I honestly wouldn't wish it on anyone. Started under my ribcage at about 3 am, and by 6 am, it felt like someone was kicking me in the nuts every 3 seconds. I thought the first bit of pain was a pulled rib muscle or something since I had played somewhere near 4 rounds of golf the previous day while drinking a case of beer.

Yes, something to do with depression or suicides. I recently bought a few boxes while I was in Belize, it is still legal down there.

That too, but apparently they were a great way to commit suicide. Speaking of which, snow days were great fun when I was a kid, but trying to keep kids entertained during a snow day is not fun.

Give 'em a shot of rum and send them out to play in the streets. It will be the best day of their lives.

This is why we created thermal underwear and snowpants. Give them a shovel and something to make snow bricks out of and send them out on their way. This is what my mom did to me as a child in Minneapolis, regardless of the reading on the thermometer.
