F13 Corp Marks 6 Month Anniversary

We know that it will involve the new scanning system, so Astrometrics 5 and Survey 5 can't hurt.  We know it will involve Archaeology and Hacking, so taking those to 5 is a good plan (which will require Science 5).  The current Talocan and Sleeper Technology skills may or may not be involved, so I wouldn't take those past 4.  Also, the current Angel and Gurista Encryption Methids skills may or may not be involved, and as those are 5x skills I wouldn't take them past 3.

You're looking at a month and a half to two months of training, assuming you don't have really miserable Int and Mem.  As soon as I can use T2 guns on my Interdictors, I'm going to focus on getting those pre-requisites.  Recon cruisers can't hurt regardless, so those will probably be next.

Dave, how the heck do you get those Talocan skills?  I've tried twice the Cosmos missions where they want you to get 2 Talocan broken interfaces (or something) -- what on earth drops them?  There 4M+ each on the market from NPC's.

Also, Straz/Irek, I put down another invite to f13 (not bat country).  P-lease accept me :-D  thankye.  I made the hike down from the Forge and am patiently awaiting in the Neesher office.

You probably should've asked first... since Neesher is practically deserted. Our 0.0 forward base is the only real hub of empire activity any more, I believe.

You don't have to hang out in the station for that.  I don't know when I will be able to play next, but both my pilots are still in empire space.  Fen Hu is actually not terribly far from Neesher... if you consider around sixteen jumps "not terribly far".  She's probably in Pemebeka.

You know, one day I'm going to have to join a good corp. I'm still newb corp -- and get the occasional invitation just based on the time I've been in newb corp (a year, maybe?). I play the game in spurts, logging on in the interim just enough to bounce skills around. I'm still flying an Incursus and amusing myself on L1 missions, for Pete's sake. :)

That's one of the reasons I haven't accepted any of the offers. I don't have all that much to contribute, at the moment -- other than my deep and abiding love of drones.

I have learned to  drones as well. I hated them at first, but the little buggers really grew on me. I look on like a proud papa as they chew up the frigates that get in under my guns.

I've been training drone skills. I'm still in Scouts (duh, with the Incursus) but I've been training the support skills (DI is 5/5, the rest or 3/5 or better) so that when I move to the bigger boys, they pack a serious punch.

Right now, I'm saving up for a Vexxor. Two waves of scouts and a wave of mediums (IIRC the volume right) to unleash. Too bad I can only control five at a time. :)

Well if you insist. But really, I stopped selling Vexors months ago because there's not enough profit in it and they're just sitting in my hangar feeling neglected. :)

I only have about 2.7 million on hand -- between work and school, my play time has been limited and I spent a LOT of skills (I caught a bunch dumped on the market about 20% below price that I didn't have).

I don't think I want to sell the actual bpo but if you like I'll make some bpcs for you. Probably better for you anyway if you're planning on building them in 0.0.
