On the original X-Box there was a chariot racing game that had one player steer and the other battle other chariots. If you could find it used (or at all) it might me worth a look. The fun wears off quickly, but I bet it sells cheaply since trying to do both in 1 player mode was impossible and must have frustrated many a player.
