I don't know but f13 is going to be the only hit for it on google pretty soon so you should make something up, don't want to disappoint the intarweb.

Mederactosory
NOUN:
   1. A vague feeling of unease or discomfort with the state of MMOs.
Usage: "Jewels exist here and there in a morass of mederactosory."

hal dreamt it up, I'm guessing he meant mediocrity.  I think it's creepy that a search of f13 for "mederactosory" doesn't find the actual post that breathed life into it, as though the universe is trying to deny its birth...

Yes, trepidation is a word.  Trepidatious is not a word.  I so went through this at university!

Well, you were wrong then, too.

It a) is a noise that can be made orally, b) is correctly derived via morphological inflection from a latin stem, c) is in the dictionary, and d) is in common use, and e) is routinely understood to mean what it means.

I require a definition of 'a word' that it fails to meet, other than 'I say so'.

I don't know.  It's not in my Oxford.  It's not in my Websters.  It seems to be in dictionary.com.  I can't find it anywhere else.  I don't mind if you say it, though, even if it's not a word.  The worst case scenario = I'll giggle.

Well, every time you laugh an angel gets its wings, so I'll use it without trepidation and fie on the spellchecker.

The spell checker is semi-broken at the moment (a side-effect of the move to our new server) which is why certain words are being flagged as incorrect which shouldn't be.
