Hey Ulysees -- ready to kick some d0rfs while they are down?! I am on Euro time (GMT+2), and can schedule a slot at any time during most weekend days (May 25 included) as well as evenings during the week.

Holy shit someone in my timezone! You free tomorrow at 9pm your time? Can basically play any evening after 8pm UK time but Sunday and Tuesday are Planetside 2 Op nights so if possible prefer not to miss those.

Avaia!  When's good for our extra Elfy Pro-Elf Elf-off?

Looks like you're at UTC -5 while I'm -7, which could make it tricky weekdays as I'm open during the day and later.  Weekend would be the easiest I'm guessing, unless those times work for you.

Or perhaps tomorrow or tonight?  Not 100% sure this will work as I've a friend in from out of town, but it might be worth a shot.

Eldaec, I'm probably going to have to concede this match. It won't matter much as I think both of us are out of playoff contention. I don't have a windows machine that I can install Bloodbowl on so, unless I can convince IT that Steam is an entirely legitimate work resource, I won't be able to actually log in and play. That would apply to the failoffs too.

Fangs fro Victory 1 - Grudge Eternal 1

Oh god the block! I really am missing the matches I had to concede for squad development as I seem to only have 1 skilled up player on the team now that Zetor managed to kill my only block Thrall on the first or second turn of the match! Game started off with a quick attempt at a sideline play that broke down then a lot of bashing in the dwarf half of the pitch as I attempted to recover the ball while my team was slowly whittled down, thankfully apart from the first dead thrall the missing players were mainly KO's and I ran in a touchdown on turn 6 to open the scoring. Nothing much else occurred to end the half and my 2 KO's woke up for the second half so I was only down 1 player for the second period.

This is where things started to slide as my thralls were systematically destroyed turn after turn and the only saving grace was that I managed to stall out the score long enough that it was only ever going to end 1-1. Solid play by Zetor and I am getting better at playing Vamps (thanks Iainc and Ingmar for the help in figuring out bloodlust at last) but god this is painful until I get some skillups then I can see how this this team could be a very scary proposition to face but at the minute it's very hard work.

Late Monday-Thursday -- 10pm my time, midnight your time.   If that doesn't work Friday or weekends are probably best, when I'm free most any time with enough warning.

I will have to do the time conversion things but I'm hard up for free time this weekend, looks like my Sunday morning your sat will be the best bet though.

Usage Dictates Validity get the turn 16 win over The Wooden Shelf, 2-1. Many elves were badly bruised during the match, but I think the only permanent damage was a broken ankle to a lineman.

It seems Megrim is rather busy but since there's no play-by date our game will stay open in case there happens to be a spot for the game to get played at some point.

Won't work with time difference I'm afraid, I'll be at work.

Weekend is the only option, if we can extend that far.

Anyone know what Ruvaldt's handle is or his Steam profile so I can possibly find him on there?

Also, completely off topic; Who do you play Planetside with Ulysees?

I'm on the Miller server, NC and in the WASP outfit - been having fun times since beta, just a shame SOE let the game go to shit cos so much potential there.

Pro Elves took on Pro Elves in a surprisingly bashy match (182 block dice thrown!).  The Skyjackers managed to steal the ball in the first half as Believe It got caught in a bad spot by the clock while waffling between delaying or passing quickly, and then stalled until the whistle to score.  Meanwhile Believe It contented themselves by channeling Nurgle and pasting the pansy 'jackers.  First Half: Skyjackers 1 - Believe 0.

In the second half the Skyjackers scored quickly then intercepted and scored again.  Believe then scored one TD as time ran down, Final Score: Skyjackers 3 - Believe 1.

Flash Gordon leveled up and Biro bought the farm, again!  Poor Biro.

Believe had a Blitzer and 2 Catchers hit level 2.

Fair number of matches still to go - can I get an update of when we expect them?

Thanks.

Megrim hasn't posted on f13 for a month, and for a couple of months before that he'd dropped to league posting only - so I'm assuming real life has consumed him.

Megrim said that I could have the win if we are unable to play the game before it's time to close day 7 (so while there is a slight chance the game might get played it isn't a reason to delay if others get theirs sorted).

Haha I played on Miller for a long time with RPS, have a lot of respect for you WASP guys. I completely agree, I stopped playing about a year ago because I'd just had enough of SOE but I check back every now and again hoping things have started changing for the better.

Cheers for the heads up, of course I should have looked for that thread I completely forgot it existed. Well, I've added him on Steam in the hopes I can grab him on there or it reminds him to look at the board. I don't want to miss another game :/
