Not hosting this year, I've hosted the last four straight, so it's off to mom's tomorrow...so I haven't put up any lights or even a tree...as the resident xmas nerd I've already warned the old lady next year I'm going all Danny DeVito with it.
I have to try to convince my not-mother-in-law to accept my old 65" tv as a gift, she's got macular degeneration and the big set is easy on her eyes...but she's a stubborn old girl. Should be interesting.

The first time in 39 years I am sick at christmas, which means cutting the obligatory Family Christmas gatherings to a minimum, but not being able to use that time by sitting at the Computer because then I sweat like a pig and have to lie down again after half an hour.
