Nice one. £1 in the UK, and I guess €1 in the rest of Europe.

Cheers Ginaz.

Heh, this just reminded me of one of my favorite things about the game.  The speeches before battle.  Unlike Shogun and others, the various traits your generals picked up would change the opening speech.  If he had the trait of being a poor public speaker (which gave negatives to army moral), he would give a hilariously bad speech attempting to raise the troops moral ('um, so do better than them and don't die!').  If he was blood thirsty, he would give some psycho speech about drinking the enemies blood and some such.   I really hope they bring it back for the sequel, as I don't recall that in the other games of the franchise.

Favorite battle quotes:

Now you're probably wondering about this evening's entertainment. There's enough wine in camp to float a boat. It's all yours when they're dead. Oh yes, and the camp women will be suitably appreciative too.
I want to see blood! I want to BATHE in their blood! I want to bathe in their blood for a week! Now, KILL THEM ALL!
We are gathered here today to do battle. Regrettable isn't it? I didn't want to be here myself, but my grandmother told me that I better make a good show out of it. So here it goes.
Let us offer prayers to the gods for victory. And then let us arm ourselves to the teeth, just in case the gods aren't listening
And any man who comes through this fight mostly unharmed will be my sister! It'll be free frocks and jollies forever, you'll see!

 Thumbs up!

Yep, that's the stuff!  God I hope they bring that back and improve it by 100.  I've always been right behind you on Rome being best of franchise.  The quality of Shogun gives me great hope (though I know you weren't a fan so much, I loved it).   Please let Rome 2 not suck!
