I wish they add rebreather drops in PvE - I think they simply forgot about it. I was in HotW last night and realize I'm still wearing my level 0 rebreather.

You can buy a level 79 green one in orr [I think] from one of the quaggan events (a karma vendor opens up after an escort). Not sure where you can get level 80 rare+ quality rebreathers, though.

e: also, the best change in those patchnotes has to be the "removed laugh track from Divinity's Reach crafting stations". It was getting rather  why so serious?...

I guess you could buy a ton of those green rebreathers and keep tossing them at the mystic forge until you had a lvl 80 exotic one.

Saw a video of someone trying that and they come back green.

It's a small chance, about 10% i would guess, to go up to the next quality level.

I don't believe they exist in the game, though.

Just pick up one of the green ones from Orr or Frostgorge based on stats, just like everyone else in the game.  Considering these are karma based, I'm sure countless have been thrown into the MF.

Fixed a bug in targeting that was causing left-dragging to deselect/select targets incorrectly.

This was driving me insane! I thought I was doing something to deselect my target while kiting and trying to figure out exactly what I was doing wrong. It's kind of a relief to see it was a bug and not me.

Glad they relaxed the anti-exploitation code a bit, as it made Orr a giant waste of time when it was tuned that harshly.

Still, depending on how huge the zerg is, it's almost impossible for my thief to get drops during some DEs.  Shit dies before I even see it, so I have to predict when it's going to spawn.  Luckily my trap will sometimes do enough to get credit.  One of the DEs gives me almost too much loot and yet others I get none.  They need to find a way to smooth this out a bit.

I do ok with a shortbow, the autoattack bounces between four targets and fires pretty fast.

I'm lucky if I get two shots off before everything is dead, and sometimes two crits don't even give credit. Most of this can be laid at the feet of the zerg being too large and the culling not having mobs appear until they're half dead.

Settled for a karma healing breather.

General stability since the patch last night has dropped significantly, lag spikes aplenty and I've been hard-dropped to desktop with a network error 5 or 6 times. And this is running around a relatively quiet zone like Bloodtide Coast. Lion's Arch is a nightmare.

Oh look, my Guardian is the victim of a game's first segregation between PvE and sPVP skill effect.
 why so serious?

'Fuck yourselves' shout now gives 50% duration of buff in sPvP
World Vs And PVE application is not affected.

But Renewed Focus (elite) now allows mobile channeling when activated.
I am kinda happy with this change.

My happiest fixes are the ele downed state changes.  I always felt bad for eles while playing my wife's warrior in wvw because I knew that if I stomped them within a couple seconds, there wouldn't be a damn thing they could do.  Ele downed used to be game over, pray for a quick death.  Now, it's pretty damn awesome because most of my downs are from over-extension, so being able to instantly get behind the lines is great.  I'm so used to being helpless, last night I would stare at myself for 3 seconds before realizing I have mistform instantly.

One really nice thing is that completing the Daily gives a 4500 karma potion now.  It stacks, is account bound, and apparently can be coupled with karma boosters (Black Lion and guild banner).  We suspect the monthly achievement gives a stack of 10.

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

Its worthless to me.  It use to be you could get all your salvage kits through karma that was at least something. They should make karma account wide so my alts who could use the karma epic armor would benefit.

Yep, this is great.

Note that at least yesterday karma boosts work on the reward from it, too, so if you have one lying around from a Black Lion chest or something, save it for when you complete the monthly. 50% more off your 10 potions.

Yea. Orr was sunk by Vizier to keep it from the Charr and then Zhaitan raised it again, as far as I know.

But since they mentioned "Sea of Sorrows" (which is what Orr was called before resurrection) it's maybe just some other piece that wasn't raised or somesuch.

My aversion to dungeons went down a bit after I joined a random AC explorable pug in my green gear - we proceeded to one-shot the place (all 3 paths) in about an hour and a half total. That's less than what I spent yesterday in a random Stratholme LFD group while levelling my monk healer in WOW (in retrospect I should've dumped that group, but eh). The things that I still find blah are the ridiculous HP bars on some of the bosses and the lack of worthwhile loot -- they said they're doing something about the latter in the next content patch, so we'll see.

Indeed it wasn't the difficulty that was turning people off...it's the extremely long HP bars. Much more so when you hit Heart of the Waves.
I can't be blamed for not wanting to melee in this game where the Guardian Hammer rotation is simply watching 3 autoattack chain completion and hitting 2. Over and over.
When my HP drops to 75%, I hit one of my meditation to heal up. Repeat ad nauseaum

Running all three paths got you enough tokens for one piece of exotic armor, seems plenty to me.

That sucks - looks like you need to run a dungeon 5 times, story and explore both count apparently and running the same path counts as well.

I *might* be able to do that. Maybe.

Not getting the 10 karma potions would suck.

Have you tried the internet? It's made out of millions of people missing the point of everything and then getting angry about it

I actually care about the achievements points not the pepto bismol, so I guess I will be running dungeons for the monthly and trying for the dungeon master title at the same time.
