Well after letting it go do it's thing all night, I woke up and found that it had detected an error. Ran the repair utility, it did it's thing, and I'm back to 19.5 GB.

I'll wait to patch until later today to see if they fix whatever is going on. Maybe I'll just go look at the customer service sub forum oh wait.
