Yea - I leveled Psylocke from 50 to 60 tonight just doing the daily's and 3 additional LQ's (there were also like 6 that lined up with what I was doing). I also got wolverine to 10 in like 5 minutes. It's pretty insane.

Took Cyclops from 30 to 53 inside of my usual 2h 50% drinkable buff and 2 energy bars.  That's with loads of AFK time in a hub because of dinner and the usual evening household chores AND not going for optimal legendary quests and not dumping a few bad midtowns like "kill 6 bosses."*

Going to take him to 60 tonight and see if I can do it inside of 45 mins.  When I looked on my page last night I had +315% exp. Tonight will be +339% and +359% after I get Cyc capped.  Tomorrow's +383% will be goddamn ridiculous.

* Seriously, fuck a lot of those story legs. If it's not a terminal or midtown it seems like a waste of time because you're hunting for shit or just having to run too much. And some of the midtowns like, "Kill 6 sentinals" seem worthless unless you get really lucky.

For anything in story mode, I basically just do circumference of the zone, then a grid. After a while you get a sense of how much off the "viewed map" it will show a door to a dungeon. Mostly now, I do the entire "Take my 60 who has access to all the teleporters and then switch characters before entering the wherever"

I'll do that too on Legendaries. I'll do the train unloading/juggernaut one, the sergeants in Asgard, the treasure rooms in Asgard, and um, I don't remember. Anything that's actually just a mission in disguise I'll do.

The "use a 60" thing is about farming the actual missions for the bonuses.

XP last night was crazy. I had Mr Fantastic sitting at 4, so I decided to see what he was like. I had a 50% pot with an hour to go after powering Cable from 56-60.i I was 7 when I warped into whatever the first chapter open area is and Electro was up. I hit 9 when he died. I went to Shocker and hit him just shy of 10 and dinged 11 when I killed him. Then I queued up for X-Def. I could tell we were in for trouble when the "high level" guy was 14. We nearly failed on the first wave. But the XP was so strong we managed to power level our way through. We "failed" at wave 21. I was 22 by that time. I dorked around some more with a couple of LQs and some Midtown. I hit 32 after about 90 minutes of play.

The latter 50s are usually a dreary slog, but I think I did the last five levels for Rocket in like 5 missions and an xdef. Now, of course, I need another latverian regalia, another raptor stone, and I can't seem to buy a Rocket unique for my life.

Thanks again for the trade. That flipped some sort of switch for Latverian drops for me. I now have 4 or 5 of them. None are particularly good. I think the best tops out at 22 maybe. I have even more of the Advanced ones. Sadly, I've only ever seen one Raptor stone and my SG has it. So, if you'd like I'd be more than happy to return the favor.

A few notes about the current event: it is not just exp that is boosted, rif and sif are boosted by the same amount AND omega points require 24% less exp to get.  That means playing your 60s is just as profitable as leveling up new chars, specially if you want any of the new and improved boss uniques (xorns mask and nisanti boots are so so good on so many characters).  So run some cosmics if you can too.  Also it is a repeatable event that will be back once a month apparently.

Kinda off topic, but I've been playing Super Hero Squad Online with my son, and I just now realized that Gazillion makes that too.  It's actually pretty fun for a Baby's First MMO, and they recently made the paywall much less steep.  Earning heroes in-game is very easy now.

Ok, so this is the "now you can gear up all those characters you just leveled" event.  MM is hitting up loot.  Which makes me happy since MM is the most fun activity they have.

Not totally unexpected. Since I took today off I was running Surfer up to 60 and recieved 3 uniques for him with only 4 boss cycles.  Every boss cycle there was an area spam of <x> has found <unique>

Someone said in chat they're on a timer. I don't believe that because I didn't get any this afternoon but this evening I got 3. One had a unique, which was fun,(but it's Cerebro's Remote helm and I need +energy stuff for surfer.)

Which give me a question. Is there a way to trade uniques or artifacts the way you can costumes or epic gear?  I've got a load of artifacts that are useless and some of these uniques aren't ever going to be useful. I'd hate to sell/ trash them only to find I could have traded-out.

The crafter has some recipes that let you trade in 3, 4 or 5 of the same unique for another unique (5 for a unique usable by any hero, 4 for one usable by your currently active hero, 3 for any random unique, even one that's specific to another hero) or for a box of credits.  For that reason try to save uniques even if you can't use them if you have the room to store them.

The crafter also has a recipe that let's you unbind an artifact that you've already used on a hero, so you can use it on another one.  Note that all these recipes have to be unlocked by leveling up your crafter.

There's no similar recipes to trade multiples of the same artifact for another one, but all artifacts start off unbound so you can trade them to other players.  Uniques and costumes are never tradeable to other players.

Cool, thanks. I've got loads of artifacts and knew about the unbind recipe because I've swapped some between heroes already with the few matrixes I've had drop.  I'll just have to start trading in the ones I know are worthless.

If you bought the ES explosion potions when they were for sale you can drown in them.  I had enough for a hero after just one potion, a 3h run.

Deadpool is fun to play and has very good synergy bonuses (+10% Rare Find, +10% Special Find). Ghambit and Storm also have bonuses that are good with any character.
