Whoever is not in the f13 BloodBowler Steam Group MUST JOIN IT NOW. It temporarily doesn't need an invite. So, just join.

I would rather play new people personally, just for the variety. But if I have to kill another Llyse wolf this season, so be it.

I'll be in Paris 1st of May  awesome, for real
I'll be in Paris as well.  If this goes like the last two seasons, I'll be playing you first anyways.  I guess we could have the ritual blood bath in person this time.    Ohhhhh, I see.
You guys want to borrow my board version? You'd have to switch to orcs and humans, though.
TV is obviously important but the Inducements the lower TV guys get makes up for it in spades.
My use of the halfling chef to spoil Iain's shot at the playoffs probably made him apoplectic. At the time he probably had a good 3-400 point advantage on me. At some point you almost want them to have enough on you to get the better Inducements. Which I guess opens up another aspect of game strategy, which upgrades for players are worth the TV, which are just inflating your TV without bringing much improvement to your game.

Yes indeed. This is why I'm still waffling over the deathroller as my next buy. At 160k I'm basically saying "have a wizard" to everyone for the plus of having a loner big guy for one drive/game. So probably not worth it. But on the other hand, it is a DEATH ROLLER. Choices, choices.

Where in France will you be? If you're in Paris, there are PLENTY of gaming-capable net cafes (at least there were in 2005).
I've never been to a gaming cafe before, so fill me in here.  Wouldn't they actually have to have Blood Bowl?  I guess if they had steam, I could log into my account and download it.  But is that even allowed at most places?

When I was there, they had all sorts of games installed; new games, too.

Wouldn't hurt to go in and ask. I would highly suggest you bring a phrase book with you.  awesome, for real

Fuck no!  Last season I was in a division with Andydavo (S3 champ), Comstar (S2 champ) and IanC (someone who's been playing for years).  The only games I had a chance to win was against the other noobs (Mister Sky and HaemishM), though I did kind of screw IanC out of a playoff spot by only losing by 1 TD. awesome, for real

I've been in the same division as Falconeer for two seasons now. I don't think he wants me in his division either.

Just a curiosity: Your list sorted by TV is wonky, right? It doesn't count players who are currently injured and the like? IainC has the highest TV once his injured guy is back.

I stopped taking Sky's jabs at AndyDavo seriously a while ago. I now think it's perfectly in-character smacktalk for what is probably the biggest feud in the history of the f13 League. I hope Nuffle will put them in the same division... forever.

He already has enough trouble with trying to decide whether to rig it so that I'm either in his division or not.

Chaos don't start being mean till about 1500-1700 (depending on setups) and anyone playing a fresh chaos team will struggle to get that far in season 1. So if he's fresh you need not fear him. Just yet.
