On the downside, on my PC, KOTOR crashes about every 6th time I zone if I don't save, quit, restart, and reload. Some graphics incompatibility issue. Pathing also sucks when in crowded areas.
If you're running in on an ATI card make sure you have the Catalyst 4.12 drivers or higher. There was a compability error with Kotor that wasn't fixed until then because Bioware and ATI couldn't decide who's damn fault it was. Or somesuch.

An even funnier thought....who should have had their way? ATI because it's their technology (accompanied with inconsistent-quality drivers), or Bioware because they are the crown princes of PC RPG gaming? edit: Actually, a shift key image doesn't cut it in this case. You obviously know where it is. Just know this: your post made me claw at my eyes for a good five minutes. I hope you're happy. hehe

So, there's a patch out for that now?

BTW, KotORII is teh nu hawtness. Nah, I picked up the Xbox version of Kotor. Traded it in for the PC version when it came out. I'll probably do the same thing with Kotor 2.
