We'll save some money by not fighting a lawsuit in which we have no grounds for suit, keke?

Short story long... Infinium Labs, makers of the non-existent Phantom not-console will not be pursuing legal action against HardOCP for the article written ages ago that told the truth about the Infinium CEO's rather creative descriptions of his past business *ahem* successes. Essentially, HardOCP didn't lie, and it would be more costly to actually try to fight their truth legally than just take it and move on. After all, there must be many other investors to bilk.

Color me unsurprised. Still, good news for HardOCP.

Anyone running a pool on when Infinium will shut down yet?

Wiiiiii!

This is why we didn't pursue the case here in Florida which the Texas judge said if we did he would move the case to Florida and not award this victory to them.

The first clue is that the 'CEO' has the communication skills of a fourth grader.

I wish they'd just disappear and leave behind their keyboard. I'd like one of those keyboards. It's sexah.

Double plus gud on the keyboard/mouse combo of the Phantom. A pox on every other idea that has come out of that festering hole of stupid.

Can anyone link to it?  And do you know if they have copyrighted their design?

I guarantee they haven't copyrighted the keyboard design, since copyrights are not applicable to hardware.

I have never played WoW.

Really? How come?  And can't you copyright the design work (IP), just not the actual hardware?

There has to be some copyright applied to design. That's what makes the Infinium Labs Keyboard so nice.

If there was no way to copy design everyone and their dog would have knockoff B&O phones and speakers, etc that they purchased from Best Buy.
