Speaking of mods, is there any easy way to copy settings from one character to another?

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

What is the advantage to using this mod?  Also - any tips on maximizing FPS?

No Nerf, but I put a link to this very thread and I said that you all can guarantee for my purity. I even mentioned your case, and see if they can take a look at your lawn from a Michigan perspective.

I found the standard ui to be horrendous.  I think this one gets ride of the clutter and gives you more hotkeys.  As far as FPS, I run Conan on Low or Medium, the game still looks fine to me.

Reason I ask is you used to have to adjust a whole mess of random crap to get decent performance.  If just doing the generic medium option works - then AWESOME.

Max hide or die.
This is the first game that I know of where you can go all Klingon on your opponents.

Step 1 - Hide your whole party/raid in an instance close to wherever you know your enemies (on another instance) are.
Step 2 - Send the party leader to the res pad to change instance.
Step 3 - Whole group spawns, hidden, in the middle of the fuckers.
Step 4 - Mass decloak on 1... 2... BOOOO!
Step 5 - Slaughter.

Umm, that doesn't sound awesome. That sounds terribad.

Tell the Klingon!

Anyway, of course, the cloak should go away when you change instance. But it doesn't.

Is this one of those games that's only fun for the ganker and not for the gankee?

Partially. Everybody has stealth.

Beside my clownshoes example, it's a good thing that everybody has stealth. That goes back to Ultima Online by the way, and maybe that's why it feels so natural to me.

People is always whining about stealth classes. Why complain in a game where every class has stealth capabilities? It's not like the whole server population is hidden anyway. It's a ganking tool but definitely and more an anti-ganking tool too.

Is the stealth detection skill, I can't remember the name (search?), still an active skill and not a passive?

This falls more under "stupid noob questions," but is there a way to see a list of guild members that are online? I don't see anything in the guild window, and can't seem to find chat command. Something like a '/who all <guildname>' ?
I see a /list players | command that comes up in chat but I can't seem to make it do anything.

Also thanks Falconeer for your combat tip in the other topic... the simple mentioning of Swift Strike prompted me to re-evaluate my combo & strategy and I had a more successful evening last night.

Open the Friends tab, click on the guild icon on top. Can also right click if you want to show offline peeps.

HINT: If you're having shite performance with DX10 as I did, try it with shadows set to "High". Made literally a 300% speed increase for me.

EDIT: Yes it's totally counter intuitive that high is way faster than low. Deal.
