I think Oban was looking for serious MMOpron. Crappy SL redux and UO private servers don't count.
Having said that, I've never really bothered looking. *insert obligatory joke about a better grind here*
There probably aren't any good MMOprons out there because that takes serious money, and serious money doesn't need to invest in MMOs when another play-a-Tetris-clone-to-see-a-naked-woman game will sell just as well.
That said... I did see a TV show a while back that got into this area but unfortunately didn't name any of the titles (or I didn't see any names). They were Japanese designed from memory.
