You do not need leadership to do diplomacy! I consider all the greens and blues on the chart as diplomacy primer. Stop whining, do what I say or you get shot!

AKA, no idea what I'm doing :). I'm getting some necessary industry skills now so I can go mine effectively. Sweet lonely bliss of deep space. pew pew roid.
edit: Yeah, about 12mil in spaceship command. Caldari focused plus ship classes
