Warning: Do Not Respec Your Feats if you have Gathering Skills

There is a nasty bug being reported on the forums that respeccing after you have started your gathering quests erases your gathering skills.

The gathering trainers will not give you the quests again either.

I've heard this might also blow away you're riding training if you are already level forty and spent the gold to get it...
