Guild types - Harem?

I really wonder what are the ranks for a "Harem" as a Guild Govrnment type.
What guild type is Bat Country anyway? And can you assign rank? What are the ranks for your chosen guild type?

Its just the naming method of the different types of guild members. Each station has different abilities that they are able to do, like inviite/kick/change motd.

And what are the stations in a harem? Can I make my guildees eunuchs?
