That's a different company's Cyclone.  They are smaller than the one I linked to, and the Scott type was given rather negative reviews.  Bad paint, incredibly fiddly, and it being perfect transformation in that size made it rather unfun.
The one I linked to is nearly twice the size and you pull off pieces to put on elsewhere which makes it much less annoying to transform, harder to break, and more stable.  Plus it has a big ass stand so you can put them in various action poses the giant backpack normally prevents.  Ill post a picture of mine in a little bit after my morning (yes 2-4PM is my morning!) constitutionals.  (The 3 Ses plus some morning can reading.  Currently its old issues of Autoduel Quarterly.)

They are cool, and have lots of extra hands and bonus parts.  Rand's has bike mode only travelling equipment and frame for the back, Lancer's has extra missiles so you can put in a set with removable ammo.

I would have already taken a picture of em and I did, but my camera pointed out my wall needed to be wiped down.  Its got better vision than my eyes do!
