I find Rachel Maddow seriously hot.

Also, I have the advantage on most of you in that I probably haven't even read half of Watterson's C&H stuff, so I still have it to look forward to.  If only the books weren't so expensive.  They need a kindle version or something.

Everything you guys have posted has been new to me. I just ordered the complete collection on Amazon.   Heart

I have the big 3 book boxed set of everything and I try to go through it at least once a year.

Calvin and Hobbes was amazing, and I pick out something new each time reread them - be it themes or art styles he played with.

Have you tried the internet? It's made out of millions of people missing the point of everything and then getting angry about it

I first ran into Calvin & Hobbes posted on the wall at the office I was working at in Sweden in the late 80's.  Even in a foreign language of I which I understood less than 1 in 100 words, it got me and I became an avid fan as soon as I got home and could find it in English.  I thought I had all the original books, but a couple of those snowman comics were new to me so now I need to figure out which one I'm missing!

That or my memory sucks.  :(  I heard your memory is actually the second thing to go as you age.   I can't remember what the first was though.

Yes, I know I'm paranoid, but am I paranoid enough?

Time lapse animated GIF of One World Trade Center being constructed. It's a 10 MB file so it's linked rather than inlined:

Less awesome Pics than an awesome page contextualizing time scale.

I'm beginning to think that posting Stewart and/or McKellan is the awesome pics thread cheating equivalent to posting Cyanide and Happiness in the funny pics thread, but fuck it. This is needed on a Monday morning.

We so need an odd couple movie starring them.

It's actually from this.  It's for some app coming from Chipotle.  Commercial is pretty good though.

Very good. Though in an odd way self-defeating given that I don't think you're gonna move product with meat in it, no matter how gently raised, with that ad.
