Anyone running this on, say, Ubuntu or FC? Just curious how manageable it is on those.

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

\o/ linux support! one of my greatest fears running an online game under Cedega is that CCP would break Cedega and I'd be without a way to play. The fact that I now don't have to pay money to Transgaming is just a bonus.

I run on Debian testing. I don't have a Windows partition to compare against. Forum posts indicate roughly on-par perf for people with apples to apples comparisons. We've come a long way since Minmatar gates crashed Cedega.

Intel-based Macs only. It's funny how everybody so quickly forgot PPC machines and yet there are still... ouch... only 23% of us left. cry

While we're talking about obsolete systems, where's my Amiga port CCP?  Shaking fist

Fucking w00t! Although I have a PC and a Windows partition for gaming on my MacBook, I've always wanted EVE on OS X as it's the perfect game to run windowed whilst doing something productive - which I do under OS X as it's my 'work' OS. This may be a re-sub feature for me. Downloading client now.

Using wine 0.9.49 to run the current client. Works flawlessly under Solaris. Haven't been in a fleet battle yet with that setup, though.

EVE (inactive): Deakin Frost -- APB (fukken dead): Kayleigh (on Patriot).
