I'd imagine they're deep into post-production by now.

But I wouldn't be shocked to learn that it was delayed out of respect.

The more I see of Heath Ledger as the Joker, the bigger the loss his death becomes. The (paraphrased) "This is my card" line struck me as hilarious.

The more I see of it, the closer I get to understanding what happened to him. It's a really disturbing character. I've read reports that playing his last few characters supposedly messed with his head. He wasn't coping or sleeping. He was prescribed drugs, and died of them.

I couldn't quite place it before, but I can now pinpoint who his portrayal reminds of.

Ed Sullivan. Hah!

Loved the movie.  The only problem I see is that kids who love Batman are going to want to see this movie, and it really isn't for young children.

Aww, I watched Clockwork Orange as a wee lad. This couldn't be worse.

More anarchy, less bicycle helmets, I say!

I watched a lot of bad stuff as a kid also, but I think we're the exception rather than the rule.

Also, assuming this ends up as a trilogy, the Dark Knight is very much the Empire Strikes Back of the franchise.
