You didn't think Rome was a part of it, did you? Check your History.

Austria-Hungary was part of the Holy Roman empire. I don't accept the annexation by Germany in 1938 as lawful, though. And neither does the international community.
That difference is only important if you care about your sovereignty I guess.

Nah, we still owe them for that save during the Second Turkish siege of Vienna. Besides, they are a member of the EU now, how much more can you get invaded?
