No candies for us euros. This thing, by the way, is getting ridicolous. We are pleased to announce that FreeStyle Street Basketball has expanded its Closed Alpha Testing program! In order to accommodate this new round of testing, Sierra Online has authorized the release of more keys to our beta partner FilePlanet. In addition to the new keys, this phase of the Closed Alpha test is now available to all FilePlanet members. ... save for the stinky yuropeans! I wonder why am I still paying that Fileplanet subscritpion. Oh right, for the Vanguard beta! (actually, it was for the Test Drive Unlimited beta...) |

They are Smart Alceks. That one was Sierra On Line. This is Sierra Online. Anyway it's just Bullshit(tm). Like zombie Atari. Or more recently Commodore. Next I expect to see brought back to life is Coleco. |

I just watched some videos of this. Makes me want to play NBA Jam. This game didn't seem fast or arcadey enough.

At least play the game for free before you knock it :) But if videos are your thing, rock out. I can't name a game in the last 10-15 years that played different than the video led me to believe. Gameplay videos don't lie. Well, sometimes they do. But not often. And even when they lie, you don't have to play the game to know. |

The only thing that has been bumming me out lately is idiots that dont understand their positions. Forwards and centers shouldnt be shooting 3's. Non-passing ballhog noobs and such.
I find like any other game, if im rolling with my friends its about 10 times better.
Anyways, its not a stellar game by any stretch, but it is fun. And the advancement options are pretty cool.
