I assumed there was some inherent risk in dancing, but CRAZY COURTS! I totally dropped my wife once doing an around-the-world. She was OK. She also kicked off a shoe... maybe that was during the around-the-world... God I was drunk.

I first thought some chick was suing because she was neglected at her office party and no one would dance with her, and I was already formulating a rant in my head until the page loaded and proved me wrong.
I'd say being given the ol' Mario Bros. 2 toss and sustaining brain damage is a decent enough reason to sue.

Daft Punk sounds familiar... but no. It was a neo-swing song, the title and artist of which I cannot remember. It's really bad that I cannot remember since we did that at our wedding and we had worked for a couple months on the dance routine.
I'm thinking there was implied consent, thanks sinij for reminding me what the term was. Of course the particular details will help determine negligence.
