Since we've been successful the last two weeks, and since I'll have a serious jones to play CoH for several hours at once after this week of lectures and Cool Hand Luke-esque drudgery, anyone up for Sister Psyche this weekend?

Panter is currently about halfway to lv 22, which is admittedly on the low end for the 20-25 TF.  With some creative character sidekicking and inspiration use, I think we may be on track to do that TF.  Also, as I recall, it's MUCH shorter than the previous two.

So, Sunday?  Same Bat Country Time, Same Bat Country Channel? (Noonish Eastern Standard Time)

What little playtime I've worked in this week has been devoted to leveling Echinacea, my healer (battle cry: "Affordable health care now!",) so Qua Fin Ti is still around level 18. So I'd need to be sidekicked in, if that will work for a TF. If so, I'll be around on Sunday.

You'd have to get Qua to 20 to be able to do the TF.  I'm still at 21, though so we could always redo the Synapse one if multiple people are in the same boat as you.

I have my controller (Scarlet Wells) at 20 and defender (Red Mist) at 21.

50/50 chance of being able to be online on Sunday. I'll have to confirm on sunday.

Cosmic is still 19th. I've really only been playing when we've been doing the Task Force missions :) I forget what lvl Moleculator is, high end Positron, iirc, 16 maybe.

I got Qua within a hair of 19 last night and there's nothing on for Saturday. Let's see where I am on Sunday.

Sort of off topic, but does anyone here know definitively what the task force requirements are?

I thought positron was 10-15 but I hear people saying they can do it at 16?  How does this all work?  I have heard so many different things I just don't know anymore.  And am sort of pissed that the task force npcs don't freaking just SAY what the requirements are.  I am tired of hearing some in my group don't meet reqs.

From what I can gather, if you exceed the level cap by one level, you can still do the TF, but the mobs will scale up to account for that.

Positron is 10-15
Synapse is 15-20
Sister Psyche is 20-25
Bastion is 25-30

not sure past that.

And I'd be shooting for earlyish in the day (Noon EST) on Sunday cause after the TF, I gotta log out and study.  

I most likely won't hit 22 before Sunday, so if people aren't in the Sister Psyche range, we can always redo Synapse.

Sunday is golf day (until the NFL season starts). If it was Saturday, I might be able to join. But 12 EDT? That is 9 my time! Can't a brotha sleep in on the weekend?

I'm about halfway to 20, I might be able to hit 20 and have both options open as well (and my street clothes, and my 2 lvl 23 SOs!). It is tough doing TFs with mostly low end characters, though. Lots'o'Boss Whiffing.

I probably could bring Burning Cold again to act as a punching bag/tank. He's 21 right now so he can take the hits better than last time when he was 19/20. Hopefully I can get another SO End Reducer. Those shields are a bitch to keep up.

This just in: Soloing Tsoo as a tank sucks ass. That is all.

I'm flexible on days (so Saturday could work too), I just figured Sunday was best for notice.  I can also start later and study first (yes, it's an amazing thing, but I can reverse order of operations).  

So yeah.  Options open and whatnot.

Erm. I never made it to 20 on Saturday, then I got delayed in the AM, then knew I had to be somewhere in the PM. So I finally logged on late Sunday night and promptly got assigned:
a) Dr. Vazh, who I can't kill by myself, and;
b) a mission where the last hostage I need to free is sitting right next to not one but two bosses of my level. Hello Medical Center, goodbye heart.

It's what I get for not grouping when I have the chance.

If anyone's online in the next few days and around level 19-20, I'll be cajoling you for a little help. You've been warned.

I should really put Cosmic into BC ;) I was on for an hour sunday (noon to one) and was going between the two task force spots, didn't see one BC person, nor anyone we've been doing the TFs with, so I logged out :(

I was kinda bummed, it's the only time I've been playing CoH for the last month and a half.

Since there wasn't much chatter in favor of being able to do the TF, I just decided to spend the day studying.

However, if more people are in the level range this coming Sunday, we can try for Sister Psyche at that time.  

What starting time would be best for most of y'all?

Well, if yous gonna be the ringleada, yous gotsa call it off! I figured that was the case, but not before I stood around for an hour waiting. I even logged in here on sunday, something I try to avoid (the web on weekends). Darn you straight to heck! Well, we both know you're bound there due to professional reasons, soo..... ;)

I hit 20 on saturday (yay street clothes!), so I'm up for whatever next weekend.

Thanks for the offers. I'll keep an eye out if I make it into the game this week. If not before Sunday then maybe I can offer a little appetizer before taking on Sister Psyche that morning. I'm available until 4 PM PDT and could start any time after about 8AM PDT.

(My experience: it usually works out a lot better if someone pulls rank and picks a time and place. That "whenever you guys want" thing inevitably leads to the sort of confusion we had this past weekend.)

Might be able to do Sunday same time, but less likely.
