Step 1:  Acquire dirty old bear from secondhand shop for $2.

Step 2:  Take fifteen minutes to churn out two pages of horror movie drivel for an item description.

Step 3:  Profit!

I thought the one where a parent sold their kid's "monster under the bed" was better, which was nothing more than a ziplock baggie with an old sock in it.
