***Newsflash***

Early reports from the front line suggest that Red Alliance have just lost 11 (Eleven) Dreadnaughts in an engagement in Q-GQHN, Wicked Creek, to a combined fleet from V, LV, KOS and Chimaera Pact.

Our A/V men are unloading the gun camera reels at the moment, more news to follow as it breaks.

Then at the top of page 8 the first video is posted.

Didnt really notice any lag and I didnt even remember disable effects before jumping in, after jumping in it took about 3 secs to load and after that all went smoothly.

Somehow all fraps footage I recorded came out with ~2x speed and even when I though I had fraps on all the time I didnt Crying or Very sad I turned fraps off and back on when I had to warp out to get smaller files, and I think in some point I made mistake so theres missing some parts here and there. PS: Half-resolution version coming up soon for those who dont want to DL 400megs, so dont kill me yet.

Smaller version 200megs 800x600 as I promised, its still quite large file but If your not willing to DL 200megs your not interested about it anyways..

What it comes to lag, CHIMP gang faced terrible lag couple jumps before destination systema and I think more than one petition for more nodes (or whatever) and I cant really complain that there were any big lag in Q-GQ, atleast not for me.

Smaller version from page 9.

Now, I'm not sure who to believe about why such and such happened, but it's pretty cool anyways. I can't even imagine how much money was tied up in those ships and fittings.

That sounds kinda spendy.

When she crossed over, she was just a ship. But when she came back... she was bullshit!

20B ISK blown in a single battle (just for the dreads, not counting all the POS's they were there to blow up or the other actions that day).  Even by 0.0 standards, that's gotta hurt.

It's amazing to me that corps and alliances can just shrug off losses like this.

I've known of two corporations in the last month or so to lose haulers with 15-25 B worth of blueprints and other stuff due to having to evacuate an area.  They're still able to just shrug and say, "well, time to get extra busy and get back on our feet."

People quit Shadowbane for stuff that was .05% as harsh.

Here's one of the kill mails for the hauler losses - http://www.metalshell.com/forsaken_empire/view_kill.php?id=18856

I think recovery in EVE is much easier than in SB. The map is SO much bigger that you can just relocate away from your enemies while you are licking your wounds; that wasn't possible in SB. Once your primary city was gone, you were properly fucked.

Also, income in empire is sufficient to outfit interceptors and tech1 cruisers without much difficulty, which provides enough potential power that you can probably get back on your feet with a little help from some of your enemies' enemies.

A couple of alliances just got kicked out of the north, PA and NBSI were removed by The Five and Fallen-Empire.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.
