I'm looking for something totally non-invasive that's clean and elegant when open but when it's closed it sits in the little dashboard area near the clock and I can right click on it to control it. Does such a thing exist?

Things that don't work: WMP, Winamp, iTunes.

Actually not bad. Except you can't change the volume?

Edit: Oh wait, +/- will change it. And I found out how to get it to minamize to the tray with a popup for songs. Woot.

Now only to find a tie-in to the shoutcast station list ...

That's what the windows volume buttons are for. Also, speaker controls.

I find that Global Ctrl + Up/Down arrow for volume control is  Heart. Especially when playing a fullscreen game.

Ah hey! I didn't even know you could do that until you said it. I've added global hotkeys for volumn and pause, which will come in very handy. Cool beans.
