Reporters sans frontieres (Reporters without borders) have published a Handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents. It contains information on how to deal with censorship, how to publish anonymously and how to manitain basic journalistic ethics along with other useful information for publishing a blog. Some folks here may find it an interesting read.
