Steve Purcell got the rights back.

Okay, creator of Sam'n'Max gets his IP back, he works at Pixar, Pixar might be looking for new IP to turn into movies... would it be wrong of me to connect the dots here?

*slobber drool* I so want a Sam'n'Max full-length feature film.

Current: Mario Kart DS, Nintendogs

Waitaminute, how long did they have the property for Sam & Max?

Purcell's Sam & Max comics are my favorite of all comics.

A Sam'n'Max movie by Pixar? No thanks.

Unless it's PG-13 at least.

It could happen.  Pixar's deal with the mouse is expiring very soon...
