With the upcoming next-gen consoles and the backlog of console games I have yet to play (*cough* God of War *cough*), I'm looking at a Netflix-for-games service to prevent my wife from getting stabbity when she sees the credit card bill. As far as I can tell, all of these are basically the same thing. . 2-at-a-time packages run around 19-23$ a month. Anyone have any experiences good or bad? I'm leaning to GameLender, because they have 10 Yard Fight for the NES.

Skinny-dippin' in a sea of Lee, I'd propose on bended knee...

2 at a time isn't enough for me. I need quantity.
Plus my son usually wants 2 games just for himself. How can I say no to his sad puppy dog eyes? Tell me how!

Gamefly seems to be the way to go. A lot of people swear by it. I really wish Netflix would just get off their ass and branch out. Movies + Games = winnar of this race.

GameLender does 3 for $24.99 or 5 for $34.99. 5 sounds nice.
Anyone use GameLender?

Yes. Too bad Gameznflix sucks chocolate, salty balls according to every single review. I'd be very happy to pay a $10 premium on my Netflix subscription to add a couple of slots for games. It's better than another $25 from another service. Unfortunately, the CEO has stated in various settings that the margins on video game rentals are for shite and they don't plan on doing anything.

Out of the frying pan, into the fire.

Can't you do blockbuster for both?
And be able to check stores for games that might have a wait online?

I haven't used Gamefly lately but I used them when they first game out. I had no problems whatsoever, got all the games I wanted usually with a 1 day turnaround. They do 1, 2 or 3 game plans as well.

I ended up going with GameFly, both for the least-likely-to-go-out-of-business factor and because they give me the Netflix vibe in the interface. First in the queue are God of War and Katamari Damacy and they've already shipped them out. I'll give updates on the service, good or bad.

Another reason to get a PS3 for me is to play these great PS2 games that I've been missing.
