New show on FX which plays between being raunchy and going for shock value, and somewhat sweet and caring while being pretty funny. It gave me a Louie and It's Always Sunny type vibes (being on FX that made sense right away) when they were starting out.
Basically, Jim Jeffries (Australian comic) is trying to be a "legit" person for his "dying" (as supposedly she's dying every year) mom's wishes. Ends up with his friend and friend's brother - the brother has advanced Muscular Dystrophy and is in a wheelchair. In an effort to be a better person he decides to help the brother out, which translates to Jim and his friend taking out the brother to live life a bit before the brother dies, hilarity and hijinks ensue.

Only the pilot is out, but it's worth a look if you like the FX comedies.
