Teaser Trailer in case you care, apparently it's only releasing in the territories where Hellgate:London still operates. Will Schild take a bullet for the rest of us again?

Wait what?
I didn't even know Hellgate was still around, and I'm kind of surprised Asians like the game more than Westerners.

If he does, he will be the only one standing inside the firing arc. To say... he won't need to.

Why am I homeless? Why do all you motherfuckers need homes is the real question. They called it The Prayer, its answer was law Mommy come back 'cause the water's all gone

Unless it's inconvenient, I'd play. I loved Hellgate:London. Well, at least the test server.

Hellgate release only if it is clear: I feel that the trailer is still working in London. Would you like a shot of silt in the rest of us again?

I'd play Hellgate: Tokyo. But only because too many games are set in European / American cities.

If only he still had that lifetime sub lawl.
If there is any reason to think they have made the game suck less I'd try it, like pulled a EQ2 suck removal.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation. -William Gibson

Will Schild take a bullet for the rest of us again? The rest of us? I do believe a large number of f13ers did not get their money back. Ask one of them.

Yep, Hellgate single player wasn't a bad game. It was the goofy pricing model that screwed up everything.

Yep, Hellgate single player wasn't a bad game. It was the goofy pricing model that screwed up everything. Even the online play wasn't that bad. Especially the stonehenge content was pretty fun in groups. But yeah, they tried to do way too much to be honest. They tried to please everyone, and the product just wasn't finished when it was released. Pricing model aside, you release an incomplete product with crippling memory leaks that took a long time to fix, and this is what happens. This is why Torchlight wasn't an over ambitious project.

I'd love an expansion (not that it looks like we're going to get it here in the US) but I'm also leery of Hanbit having the reins now. I phear change.
