I can honestly say that while the game was awesome, I just do not care even a tiny bit about it anymore. Took a few hundred hours, but I jumped back in for Halloween stuff and just did not give a damn.
So, just when I think I'm out, they don't pull me back in.
That was definitely good fun. I snagged all the achievements tonight. The ghost and the pumpkins make for a fairly hilarious fight. There's nothing like watching the defending team get run off by the ghost just to be blown up by a couple well placed pumpkins. I'm going to be sad when it goes away.
Played some earlier. I still play TF2 with regularity, so this is neat. The halloween achievements led to some fun shenanigans on the koth_harvest_whatever map. Also, 2 easy hats, which is nice, because hats are hard to come by.
On that note, there is one achievement that if you dominate someone who has the new top hat, you get the new top hat, and I was thinking, that would be a great mechanic to implement for hats in general.
