It's not my fault. You guys brought up Tanks v. Mechs and The Chart Thread, my two greatest internet nerd slapfight threads in history. It's like flashing a red cape in front of a bull. It also reminds me how terribly boring fights over bullshit topics like WoW lore and religion are in comparison. Positively depressing. Someone pick a fight with me.

Fanfiction sucks and is generally uninteresting.

Nope, it generally is. That's why finding weird crazy ones that are good is fun.

Irrelevant, since my avatar is not Data!  Ohhhhh, I see.

We'll see what they think after the asteroid hits, or the zombies rise, or whatever. Good luck raiding the ruins of Wal-Mart for atheism batteries while I just keep winding on up.

George Lucas is a master storyteller and one of the world's most gifted directors whose vision for Star Wars has been solely responsible for building the consistency and growth of that setting.

Ha ha at Bruce claiming to work in the comics industry when he worked in a warehouse. Oh that Bruce!

Just read that for the first time. I found it ...amazing.

It also helped me realise just how many other industries I was central to before I started my real career.

It made me realize that I might technically be a lawyer.  In fact, yes, I am a lawyer.  And a professor.

Thread about Aaron Rayburn was pretty hilarious, wasn't around for most of it but entertaining reading.
