Fuck me. The NFC is now officially WIDE FUCKING OPEN. Shit, even the Seahawks or the Packers could make it. Without TO, that Philly attack is limited to McNabb and Westbrook, because Todd "I won't run the middle of the field" Pinkston and Freddie Mitchell ain't gonna scare no one. Atlanta isn't even the favorite because of their incosistent play.

I'll support the Falcons for the Atlanta love, but I'm not a believer. They lack a critical element in the game called a secondary, which will eventually crush them when they face off against a pass dominated team.

Vick can also single handedly either win or lose the game depending on what phase the moon is in.

I kinda like Atlanta. At least they let the Bucs beat them up this year, and not many teams allowed that. Plus, I do admit, I'm on the Vick bandwagon. When that guy is ON he is damn fun to watch play football.
I bet Buffalo, Denver, Baltimore and even some of the 6-8 teams in the AFC wished they were NFC right about now. Hell I bet the Colts wish they were NFC right about now.

I don't see anyone pushing the Eagles that badly, even without Owens. Who else is there?
Green Bay? Pfft. The defense is in no position to stand up to Indy, and even Pittsburgh or the Pats could score serious points on them.
Atlanta? Paelos is right, outside of the rookie Hall, the Falcons don't have a worthwhile cover guy. Put that Falcons team up against receivers like Harrison/Stokley/Wayne, Burress/Ward/Randle-El, or Givens/Patten/Brown and it's going to be a long day.
Minnesota? Provided they don't implode and miss the playoffs, the Vikes are about as well equipped as any team offensively, with a solid core unit on defense. They just need to get back on the roll they were on during the first few weeks of the year. Outside of a healthy Philly, the Vikes are the most likely to beat the AFC Champ, and Minnesota has certainly shown themselves to be mortal.
Seattle? The Seahawks have to find a way to stumble into the playoffs, and then stumble on through a couple of games. I don't see them getting anywhere if they make the post-season.
St Louis? Bulger is banged up, Faulk isn't the spark he once was (even splitting time with the rook), and the defense can be had.
Arizona? BWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH. When Detroit has beaten you by 2 TDs, you've already started booking tee times for January.
Tampa or Carolina? Long-shots to make it in, scary to their fellow NFC teams, but Cowher, Dungy, or Belichick would absolutely love to see an NFC Cinderella show up in Jacksonville.
Bring the noise. Cheers............

Hell, even WITH Owens, I don't see any NFC team giving any AFC top-tier team a scare. They just aren't that good.

Holy fuck, I love that and now I love you for posting it. That's what you get for dancing on the star FUCKER. I never cheer for injuries but I damn near hit the roof when I jumped for joy during that play. bye bye iggles. Guess the superbowl is Pitts to lose this year, I hate the team so that takes alot to say.

The idea that a 7-9 team could still win their division is very sad.

Kinda of a weird dilemma. McNabb is a big reason my team is where it's at, but now I'm faced with the 'Do I play Drew Bledsoe and his fighting-for-a-playoff Bills against San Fran, or do I keep McNabb and his coast-into-the-playoffs-without-Owens Eagles against St. Louis'.
The only reason I can honest say I would keep McNabb in is that they play St. Louis on Monday night and I can see McNabb trying to shut the nay-sayers up by having a huge game on MNF... or trying to at least.
Interesting choice imo

The only way he is gonna have over 200 yards is if he runs for about 80. Go with the guy on a hot streak while it lasts. McNabbs other receivers can't finish a play and won't take a hit. And San Fran simply blows goats.

The AFC is the dominant side right now of the playoff tree, I would imagine making it to the championship game would prove exceeding difficult for Rothlesburger.

Yay! I win! I just got back online after the Christmas break, so haven't really looked at what happened other than 'Yay! I won!'

I lost the Reuben Droughns bowl to end up in fourth. Boo.
Funny that the playoffs ended up exactly as the seeding would dictate. Good job. Chiefs suck.

I have no idea how my team only managed 60 points the first week of the play-offs. What kind of strange freakish luck was that?
