I didn't read it in great detail. I also don't know what a "Town Hall" is, aside from a physical building. Regardless, I thought it'd be of interest.  Ohhhhh, I see.

So in march, the FTC will send a number of old dudes to wander aimlessly in a building talking about plumbers and how they relate to DRM issues.
