The mechanic that didn't ever show up past the first part of the game? I don't remember ever getting tired past the first major encounter.

I just exploited the bug that made characters never get tired on the night before full moons in P3.  That said, the damn game was just way too long for me to realistically play. Also, I no longer have a PS2. |

Since I don't have access to the JP voices, I can only say that they're better than P3. Apparently there was a major change to Chie's voice, but I think they did a better job than what I heard about the JPY one.

I have mixed feelings about the American voice-overs, but for the most part it's well done and there are no characters that make me audibly groan like in some games (I'm STILL looking at you, Blue Dragon!) And yes, they removed the exhaustion mechanic.
Apologies for the mini-necro, I've been bad about keeping up with this part of the forum.
